We are excited to announce that we have a superb opportunity to join Cumming Europe Ltd, as part of Cumming Group, in the role of Senior Project Manager in our Stoke Office.
The role of a Senior Project Manager includes the following responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams to ensure timely, budget-conscious project delivery
- Monitor project progress and adapt plans as needed
- Identify and mitigate project risks effectively
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders through reporting and regular updates
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and client expectations
Key Attributes:
- The ability to support business objectives of delivering value for money in all circumstances
- To carry out assigned duties efficiently and in accordance with processes and procedures
- Take personal responsibility for complying with Environmental, Health, Safety, Security and Quality Standards
- Develop relationships with clients, consultants and contractors to grow and develop
- Manage the delivery of key schemes in the Manchester office, as part of a team with senior team members
Qualifications / Skills:
- Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering (or related discipline)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management within civil engineering, ideally in development-led projects
- Strong understanding of civil engineering design, remediation, infrastructure, drainage, and cut & fill
- Familiarity with current CE processes, materials, and regulations
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
