Senior Software Developer – Lead and Grow with a Collaborative Tech Team!

Are you an experienced developer ready to step into a hands-on leadership role? We’re looking for a Senior Software Developer to guide a skilled dev team, shape software architecture, and help deliver high-quality digital solutions.

📍 Location: Hybrid – 1 day a week in their Leeds office

💰 Salary: Up to £65k (DOE)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading a small development team and mentoring junior developers
• Driving best practices in code quality, architecture, and agile delivery
• Actively coding and reviewing across a modern tech stack
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions
• Taking ownership of project deliverables and ensuring deadlines are met

Key Skills We’re Looking For:

• C# with .NET Core
• TypeScript & JavaScript
• Angular (React or Vue experience is fine)
• Entity Framework & SQL
• Azure (resource management, scaling, monitoring)

Bonus Points For:

• Experience leading agile sprint planning
• Background in SaaS platforms
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
