We’re on a mission to simplify how modern businesses work with hiring and after seeing huge success in our approach, we’re now looking to expand the design team and hire a Senior Product Designer to help craft thoughtful, intuitive experiences that make complex workflows feel simple and seamless.

You’re a good fit for this role if you:

  • Have a strong track record in designing B2B or SaaS products from early concept to polished UI
  • Can balance user needs with business objectives and technical constraints
  • Are confident owning the end-to-end design process, from research and wireframing to prototyping and testing
  • Are comfortable working closely with engineers and product managers in cross-functional squads
  • Value a pragmatic, iterative approach to design: always learning, always shipping

In this role, you’ll:

  • Join a small, design-led product team working in focused, agile squads
  • Collaborate daily with the Lead Product Designer, engineers, PMs, and stakeholders to design new features and improve existing ones
  • Help define and maintain the design system and contribute to a consistent user experience
  • Work across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and validation to delivery
  • Have a direct impact on a product used by thousands of businesses

Location: London, hybrid 2-3 days a week

Salary: £70k - £80k
