Filed Service Technician Ideally Luton based (North M25 Radius from Luton/Norwich/Oxford/Cambridge/Aylesbury/Bedford and Northampton ) £50-60K DOE + Company Vehicle + Annual Bonus 41 Hour Week – Monday – Thursday, 8am to 17pm, Friday 8am – 15:30pm Our client is looking for a Field Service Technician to join their team and cover the North of the M25, this would allow good support to Oxford, Luton and up to Norwich amongst other locations. Must be able and willing to work in various and sometimes challenging environments. Role responsibilities for the Field Service Technician Include; Provide field service support for bus transmission systems Diagnose and fix problems at customer locations and other sites Replace large parts or systems when needed Help introduce new products to the market Work with the sales team to promote product performance and share service opportunities Offer technical support and advice to sales staff Build and keep good relationships with customers Report safety issues to Health & Safety managers Work with customers to minimize vehicle downtime Follow health, safety, and environmental guidelines Complete jobs at company workshops when required Finish paperwork and engineering reports on time…
