Are you a confident closer who thrives on building your own pipeline, smashing targets, and driving real results? Treatwell is looking for an ambitious Outbound Sales Executive to join our fast-growing UK team.
In this role, you’ll take full ownership of the outbound sales cycle – from prospecting and cold calling to delivering compelling demos and sealing the deal. Backed by powerful data, supportive teammates, and a product that salons love, you’ll be a key player in revolutionising how the beauty industry does business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning a sales territory – identifying, contacting, and converting new partners through outbound calls, social outreach, and creative prospecting.
- Running virtual demos to showcase the Treatwell platform and tailoring pitches to partner needs.
- Closing deals confidently and consulting on the right Treatwell package for each business.
- Partnering with our Training team to onboard new clients and ensure successful adoption.
- Meeting and exceeding monthly sales and activity KPIs.
- Logging all interactions and pipeline activity in our CRM to keep things sharp and structured.
- Feeding insights back to Product & Marketing to shape the future of our platform.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in outbound or 360° sales – you know how to hustle, qualify, pitch, and close.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume environment – 70+ calls a day doesn’t faze you.
- You’re highly proactive, goal-driven, and thrive under autonomy.
- Strong consultative approach – you sell by listening, solving problems, and building relationships.
- Resilient, coachable, and always looking to improve.
