New and exciting role, based in Brighton Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting one of our clients, based in Brighton as they look to recruit for a full time, permanent, HR Partner to join their team. The salary for this role is £50k per annum. The right candidate will be expected to be onsite 4-5 days a week. HR Partner: Responsibilities include: To act as the first point of call for HR related matters To work closely with the Chief People Officer and the broader the HR team to contribute to and implement national initiatives Provide on-site and remote, proactive support and undertake case management work Responsible for the line management and development of the HR staff To provide additional support to the wider HR team when necessary Provide appropriate advice and guidance to senior staff, ensuring that advice is in line with policies and best practice. Investigate employee complaints and grievances and recommend corrective actions. Undertake HR induction for all new employees Work with line managers to ensure that they are equipped to undertake necessary management duties and interventions i.e return to work meetings, capability etc Maintain administrative oversight of key employment information and records including; Conduct exit interviews and off-boarding procedures, analysing inform…
