Are you a driven, commercially-minded Account Manager with a passion for renewals, retention, and growth? Ready to step into a business that’s scaling fast, backed by proven success, and offering a real opportunity to own your own portfolio and impact revenue directly?

This is your chance to join a high-growth SaaS company with a best-in-class product, thousands of loyal customers, and a track record of consistent 50% year-on-year growth. They’re helping organisations across every sector win and retain public sector contracts, and the client base just keeps growing.

With explosive growth comes opportunity - and that’s where you come in.

The Role

We’re looking for a Renewals Account Manager (or Senior, depending on experience) to take ownership of a defined book of customers, ensuring timely, seamless renewals while identifying opportunities to upsell and extend contracts. You’ll be stepping into a role that’s critical to the business’s success - retaining revenue, enhancing value for customers, and influencing long-term growth.

This isn’t just about renewals. It’s about relationships, strategy, and driving results. You’ll be the linchpin between Customer Success and Sales, ensuring our customers stay with the business and grow with them.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Owning renewals across your customer portfolio, driving Net and Gross Revenue Retention (NRR & GRR) through high-quality, proactive conversations
  • Leading the renewal cycle from initial handover (4 months from renewal) through to close—running meetings, crafting proposals, negotiating terms, and getting the deal done
  • Identifying upgrade opportunities—whether that’s advisory services or package changes—and earning commission when you land them
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their challenges and ensuring they’re getting the maximum value from our solution
  • Collaborating closely with Customer Success and Sales to provide a seamless experience across the customer journey
  • Maintaining CRM hygiene and reporting clearly on your pipeline, renewal status, and customer health

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of Account Management experience, ideally in SaaS or renewals-focused roles
  • A strong track record of owning customer relationships, hitting renewal targets, and closing business
  • Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, video, and phone
  • High emotional intelligence—you know how to listen, read between the lines, and influence outcomes
  • A proactive, commercially sharp mindset—you spot opportunities, think on your feet, and move fast
  • Experience working with CRMs and maintaining accurate, up-to-date customer records
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment

What You’ll Get

  • Base salary: ÂŁ26,000–£35,000, depending on experience
  • 10% commission on all upgrades
  • Performance bonus on top of that
  • 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)
  • Pension scheme and comprehensive benefits
  • Hybrid working: 1–2 days a week in the Bath office (or more if you like)
  • Genuine opportunities for career progression, ownership, and personal development
  • A culture that values ideas, energy, and ambition—not just titles or tenure

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you’ll be trusted to own outcomes and rewarded for results. If you’re looking for your next big move in renewals or account management—and want to be part of a company that’s scaling rapidly, innovating constantly, and winning consistently—we’d love to hear from you.

Apply now to take the next step in your career.
