As a Social Media & Digital Analyst (Research Manager level), you will lead the end-to-end execution of social and digital analytics projects. Working closely with clients and internal teams, you’ll transform complex data into actionable insights that inform strategy and create impact., Data Collection and Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics across social and digital platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).

  • Track engagement trends and audience behavior, identifying actionable insights.

  • Build and maintain real-time KPI dashboards.

  • Escalate timeline, budget, or data quality issues to account Directors as needed.

Reporting and Insights:

  • Deliver detailed reports on campaign performance, including ROI analysis and audience sentiment.

  • Present insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.

  • Stay ahead of platform algorithm updates, emerging trends, and competitive benchmarks.

Strategic Contributions:

  • Collaborate with creative, content, and strategy teams to translate data into impactful strategies.

  • Identify growth opportunities by analyzing audience and market trends.

  • Recommend innovative tools and methodologies to elevate analytics capabilities.

Approximately 80% of your time will be spent on client work, with the remaining 20% focused on new business and agency initiatives.

  • Social Media Knowledge: Deep understanding of platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, including native analytics and algorithm insights.

  • Project Management Skills: Proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong deductive reasoning, with the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations.
