An award-winning, culture-focused digital advertising agency for high-consideration products is seeking an experienced Creative Operations Manager to streamline workflows, implement processes, and ensure the efficient delivery of high-quality social ad content. You will be the key link between creative, media, and clients.

Location: Remote

Salary: Up to £50K

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Creative Director, managing distractions.
  • Oversee all creative project workflows from request to delivery.
  • Own and maintain Notion project database.
  • Develop and track project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder communication.
  • Design and implement process improvements.
  • Enforce operational guidelines and address bottlenecks.
  • Manage creative team workload and freelance resources.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through clear communication and process management.
  • Lead post-project debriefs for continuous improvement.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 3+ years project management/creative operations experience (agency preferred).
  • Exceptional organisation and multitasking abilities.
