We’re looking for an experienced and data-driven PPC Manager to join our growing digital marketing team. In this role, you’ll take the lead on managing paid search and shopping campaigns for a portfolio of retail clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and enjoys the flexibility of remote working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid search (Google Ads & Microsoft Ads) campaigns with a focus on retail performance and ROAS
- Manage Shopping feeds and campaign structures to maximise visibility and sales
- Conduct regular keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Analyse campaign performance and deliver actionable insights and reports to clients
- Work closely with account managers and other digital specialists to ensure campaigns align with broader marketing goals
- Stay on top of trends in e-commerce, platform updates, and industry innovations
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns, ideally in an agency or e-commerce setting
- Proven track record of managing Google Shopping and Search campaigns for retail or DTC brands
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Merchant Center
- Comfortable managing multiple client accounts and budgets simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Google Ads certifications (desirable)
