We’re hiring for a FMCG manufacturing site who need a HRBP who will work closely with the Head of HR and Senior Team. It’s a busy, high performing site – no two days will be the same.

As you would expect, the HRBP role will involve:

  • Classic generalist HR activities.
  • Supporting and coaching line managers.
  • Partnering with the senior team on key people initiatives.
  • Involvement in any restructure projects.
  • Handling ER matters.
  • Driving engagement and a proactive HR culture on the site.

  • Engaging, able to influence and guide managers on HR practice.
  • A multi-tasker who can keep an eye on the detail despite working at pace when plans change.
  • CIPD qualified.

  • Previous experience in FMCG environments.
