We are looking for a dynamic Field Marketing Manager to drive impactful marketing campaigns, events, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies that engage key accounts and generate business growth.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to target key accounts and generate high-quality leads.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to maximise the impact of marketing campaigns and drive revenue growth.
- Plan and execute online and in-person marketing events, working with partners and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Analyse campaign and event performance, optimising strategies for maximum effectiveness.
- Manage and enhance our database of prospects and clients to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in field marketing and project management, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of the banking or IT industry.
- Customer-focused and results-oriented, and the ability to follow a plan and deliver results daily.
- Proficiency in French and English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budgets.
- Planning and organizational skills to ensure the smooth execution of events and campaigns.
- Aptitude for identifying and resolving issues quickly and effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders and teams.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful ABM strategies.
