We are looking for a driven leader who can come in and lead a growing Software Development team. We are looking for a proven motivator who can use their technical and management skills to support the large team reporting to them. You will stay at the forefront of technology advancements, allowing the company to work at their most innovative and efficient level from the get-go.

You may have previously worked in any of the following positions: Software Development Manager, Head of Development, Software Engineering Manager, Head of Software Engineering, Lead Developer, Software Development Director, Development Manager, etc.

What will you bring to the role?

  1. Experience in a similar leadership role with a software development background
  2. A background in managing multiple development teams across multiple projects
  3. Experience leading development teams that use modern software development tools

What you need:

  1. At least five years experience as a software engineer or data scientist
  2. Prior experience managing a team of engineers on complex R&D projects
  3. An excellent understanding of Python
  4. Knowledge of embedded software
