As we continue to expand our influence in the health and wellness sector, we invite an energetic Logistics Executive to join our dynamic team.
The Role
In this role you will be part of the Global Amazon & eCommerce team responsible for our online inventory management. Your core task will be to keep our European online platforms in-stock. Furthermore, you will monitor and analyse stock health. You are a pro-active problem solver. You will be part of a small team with many opportunities to expand your role.
Key Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
- Manage warehouse stock efficiently
- Review sales velocity and act on any positive and negative changes
- Manage the quality of the stock in warehouses regarding expiry dates and on-hand volumes
- Manage over one hundred and fifty products in more than fourteen warehouses across multiple online platforms
- Manage the logistics between suppliers and warehouses
- Take responsibility for the inventory in about ten different countries
- Be flexible and you will have the possibility to grow and expand this function
About You
- Educated to university/college level and have proven experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
- Experience with online platforms like Amazon FBA
- A team player with a strong sense of responsibility
- A solution-based thinker with a can-do mindset
- You are highly organised, with a keen eye for detail, and you can work independently
- You possess excellent computer skills, particularly in Excel, and have strong verbal and written communication capabilities
- You are initiative-taking, diligent, and a friendly collaborator
Requirements
- Proven experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
- Experience with Cross border fulfilment solutions
- Experience with Amazon FBA is essential
- Experience managing other digital platforms like Shopify and eBay is desirable
- Dutch speaking is desirable but not essential
- Previous experience in the health and wellness sector is preferred but not essential
