Konexo Legal Resourcing is a well-established and fast growing team created to meet demand for high quality interim lawyers, paralegals and legal project managers to support both clients and internal Eversheds Sutherland teams.
Konexo Legal Resourcing is receiving an increased demand for interim Real Estate Lawyers to support in-house client teams. We are keen to speak to qualified lawyers with a Real Estate background from 5 years PQE through to senior level lawyers who are available to join our Konexo talent pool for interim assignments with our clients.
What you should have:
- Commercial real estate experience gained within private practice or a mix of in-house and private practice positions.
- Expertise in providing support on the property law related aspects of development consent orders (DCOs) and compulsory purchase orders (CPO).
- Previous experience of advising on the property aspects of DCOs and CPOs in relation to utilities infrastructure projects would be ideal, but not essential.
- Previous experience of advising clients within the energy and utilities sectors.
- Excellent technical drafting skills.
- A commercial outlook with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, problem solve in an innovative manner and work accurately under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience of liaising with external law firm providers and working alongside a range of internal business stakeholders on large projects.
