We are looking for an IT Specialist to provide user support, network administration, and access management in an international environment. If you have experience with Microsoft systems, computer networks, and enjoy solving technical challenges β join our team!

Nippon Seiki (Europe) B.V (NSEU) has been established in 2002 and is a fully owned subsidiary of Nippon Seiki Co. Ltd., based in Nagaoka, Japan. Our European headquarter is located in Hoofddorp β The Netherlands. We focus on the European automotive market with our engineering sites located close to the industry in Hallbergmoos (Germany), Redditch (United Kingdom) and a software development office in Gdansk (Poland).
Your Profile:
- Experience of working in a distributed IT team and multi-site company
- Knowledge and experience of VMware and Basic database MS SQL, Microsoft environment (Windows, AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO) and Microsoft System Center (desirable)
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP, IP routing, Subnetting, etc.
- Have a sound understanding of computer and network security
- Fluency in English
- Team player with cultural sensitivity and customer orientation
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second level IT support (user helpdesk)
- Coordination of 3rd level support with suppliers
- Network administration and troubleshooting
- Setup and maintain user accounts and access rights
- Support hardware and software procurement for all NSEU sites and providing advice and training to end-users
- Assist in the definition and development of the IT Strategy, IT Standards and generation of general IT reports
