Join a dynamic residential team managing high-quality rental properties across London. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of privately rented residential properties, primarily under Assured Shorthold Tenancies (ASTs). This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident property professional with strong tenancy management skills, a solid grasp of current lettings legislation, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike.
You’ll play a key role in day-to-day portfolio operations, instructing works, managing tenancy processes, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless financial, compliance, and maintenance support.
About You
You are highly organised, service-driven, and confident in managing your own portfolio with minimal supervision. You’ll have a strong understanding of landlord and tenant responsibilities, a good eye for detail, and the ability to stay calm and responsive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full tenancy lifecycle, including move-ins, renewals, rent reviews, and legal notices.
- Oversee maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors and ensuring works meet quality standards.
- Conduct regular property inspections and follow up on actions required.
- Monitor rent collection and address arrears in line with company procedures.
- Maintain landlord and tenant communication, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Ensure compliance with lettings legislation (e.g. gas safety, EPCs, licensing).
- Keep accurate records using property management systems and prepare portfolio reports.
