Support in progression with industry qualifications (CII Qualification) We are currently recruiting for a Insurance Advisor on behalf of our client, based in Hedge End. Our client is a leading specialist insurance broker providing commercial and personal customers with a range of services to meet individual needs. This is a permanent full-time role, with an opportunity for career progression with generous commission and bonus schemes. The role involves dealing with new commercial and non-standard inquiries, managing client accounts and does not include cold calling. Duties and Responsibilities Insurance Advisor: Answering new commercial and non-standard insurance queries, via phone & email. Liaising between financial advisors and customers. Gathering related risk information & preparing quotes. Managing your own customer accounts from start to renewal, including updating new insurance policies, mid-term changes to policy and queries. Building new and overseeing existing connections with the introducing advisors from four key partners. Confident telephone skills and an active listener;
