Professional Regulator seeks an experienced Case Officer to join their conduct team. Only qualified lawyers can be considered. Commonwealth qualified lawyers are encouraged to apply.
You will be responsible for ensuring the investigation and disciplinary functions operate fairly and efficiently. You will manage your own caseload of investigations and enforcement processes, including any appeals arising. The caseload will include Fitness to Practise and Interim Suspensions. You will manage the more complex cases, responsible for any negotiations, settlements and litigation arising.
Office attendance required four times per month.
