I am currently recruiting for an IT Manager for an organisation in Yorkshire. This is a varied role that requires someone with a broad IT background who can take full ownership of the organisation's IT estate, with both technical knowledge and the ability to be business facing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate IT operations, including the support and maintenance of the IT estate
• Working to provide support and technical guidance on IT strategy
• Monitoring of business systems
• Application support
• Build long term relationships with outside outsource teams and suppliers for IT related products and services.
• Implement, manage and report on performance against SLAs and operational KPIs
• Evolve the IT operations team, processes, and strategy to continuously improve and meet the needs of the growing business
• Project leadership to improve the tech estate

To be suitable for the role you should have the following experience:

• Proven experience in an IT Management or Business Systems Manager role
• Experience of advising organisations on IT strategy
• Strong stakeholder management experience

Essential Skills

• Windows infrastructure
• Security
• Dynamics Navision or Business Central (both ideally)
• InTune
• Office365
• Documentation and process improvement

Bonus Skills

• ISO27001 implementation
• PowerShell/PowerBI basics
