The opportunity:

An opportunity has been created for an Innovation Director to join the leadership team. This is high-impact position requiring deep commercial expertise, portfolio management and disruptive product innovation to support an ambitious growth plan.

What will my accountabilities be?

Simplify the existing product portfolio and build a disruptive innovation pipeline, supporting brand positioning and increased engagement to deliver profit and growth objectives.

Who will I be working with?

• Leading Product/Innovation team
• Part of the Senior Leadership team

A great candidate will have:

• Leadership experience in Product/Portfolio Management in FMCG
• Proven expertise managing large, complex product portfolios
• Ability to deal with ambiguity that exists in fast paced high-growth environments
• Exceptional leadership skills, an accomplished communicator able to influence across multiple stakeholders
