• Work closely with huge enterprise clients on their CRM requirements
• Plan and deliver CRM strategy and customer journey mapping
• Build and activate impactful lifecycle, loyalty and retention CRM campaigns

Requirements

• Brand-side Campaign Manager or CRM Manager experience
• Retail / eCommerce client experience
• Strong CRM / ESP/ CDP product experience (Salesforce, Braze, Bloomreach etc)
