Job Description

We are one of the largest and most respected consultancies with a demonstrable history of designing, building and operating flexible technology solutions to overcome some of the most complex problems. We are currently looking for an Senior Oracle HCM Manager to join as a part of our Power Apps teams to continue providing technical innovation to meet our ever increasing client demand.

The Ideal Senior Oracle HCM Manager will have;

Demonstrable experience in the delivery of Oracle programmes.
Strong experience in HR leading transformation projects.
Experience with other HCM cloud products (i.e. Workday, Service Now, Successfactors).
Strong background in the consulting sector.
Continued responsibility for the delivery of end to end workstreams, including leading offshore teams to design, configure and test a module or process area for successful deployment.

Senior Oracle HCM Manager key details:

Up to £115k salary
Performance bonus.
Based out of London office.
Flexible hybrid working.
