We are looking for a Collections Executive to join our fast-paced and target-driven SME Credit team in Coventry. In this role, you will be maintaining a portfolio of SME customers via telephone and email. We are looking for someone who has strong experience in a credit control background and who can offer excellent customer experience at all times.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, you will manage invoice queries, generate daily statements and reports feeding back regularly to your line manager. A strong working knowledge of Excel is essential in this role and experience of B2B credit management is highly beneficial.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience handling your own portfolio of customers
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to build rapport with external stakeholders
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Working Pattern
This role is based in our Coventry City Centre offices and is Monday to Friday, 0830-1700 with an hour for lunch. There is no evening or weekend working for this role.
