Due to continued growth, our partner are seeking a Production Operative to join their growing team. As the new Production Operative, you will operate advanced machinery, assist with production processes, and help maintain a high-performing, well-organised workshop environment. This role offers hands-on experience, full training, and real career development pathways.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate automatic machines, beam saws, hand tools, and lifting equipment (full training provided).
  • Conduct pre- and post-production quality checks and report variances.
  • Support material handling, measuring, sorting, and packing of finished goods.
  • Work closely with the Production Planner to meet daily and weekly output targets.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with H&S and ISO standards.
