Primary School Seeking Dynamic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for Key Stage 1 A primary school – situated in Potters Bar – are looking to appoint a passionate and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support learning in Key Stage 1. This is a full-time role from 2nd Dec 2024 – February 2025. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting children with their academic development, encouraging independence, and fostering a positive learning environment. Key Responsibilities and Attributes of the successful HLTA: Support children’s learning, helping them become confident and self-motivated learners. Demonstrate reliability, enthusiasm, and commitment to children’s education. Exhibit strong behaviour management skills and flexibility in approach. Proactively contribute to an inclusive and diverse team environment. Able to commute to Potters Bar.
