Entasis Partners are collaborating with a leading and global organisation that are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CyberArk Architect to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, with a strong emphasis on CyberArk Cloud technologies. This is a technical role that also requires strategic advisory capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, architect, and implement CyberArk solutions with a focus on PAM Cloud and cloud-native security models
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on CyberArk best practices, cloud security strategy, and PAM roadmaps
- Lead end-to-end PAM projects from requirements gathering to delivery, working across diverse client environments (financial services, retail, public sector, etc.)
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and cloud teams to ensure secure integration of CyberArk within broader IT ecosystems
- Engage in board-level presentations and security briefings, translating complex technical concepts into clear business language
- Conduct detailed assessments of current PAM environments, identifying gaps and recommending strategic improvements
- Mentor internal teams and support the development of reusable frameworks, templates, and knowledge sharing
- Stay current with CyberArk platform updates, industry trends, and cloud-native identity technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
Required Skills and Experience:
- Deep technical expertise in CyberArk PAM, with proven experience in deploying and managing CyberArk Cloud components (e.g., PAM-as-a-Service, Privilege Cloud, Cloud Entitlements Manager)
- Strong understanding of identity and access management, privileged account lifecycle, and cloud access control models
- Hands-on experience integrating CyberArk with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern DevOps tools (Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD)
- Demonstrated ability to advise C-level stakeholders, align security goals with business priorities, and influence decision-making at the executive level
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across client-facing and technical teams
- Proven experience leading PAM architecture engagements and managing complex project delivery timelines
- Relevant certifications (CyberArk Defender, Sentry, Guardian, or Certified Delivery Engineer) are highly desirable
- Experience with other identity technologies (SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD) is a plus
