About the Role
Laboris Solutions are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Contract Manager to oversee contractual agreements and compliance for luxury residential construction projects. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth contract execution, minimizing risks, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and administer contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Identify potential contractual risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to legal requirements, industry regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor project costs, variations, and payment schedules to prevent financial discrepancies.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, suppliers, and legal teams to resolve contract-related issues.
- Evaluate contract performance, ensuring all obligations are met and disputes are efficiently managed.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, change orders, and communications for auditing and legal purposes.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing contracts in high-end residential construction or luxury property development.
- SMSTS/SSSTS
- Strong understanding of construction law, procurement, and compliance.
- Ability to drive favorable terms while maintaining positive stakeholder relationships.
- High level of accuracy in contract drafting and interpretation.
- Understanding of construction timelines, budgeting, and risk assessment.
- Excellent ability to liaise with clients, contractors, and legal professionals effectively.
- Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or time served (preferred).
- Professional certifications such as RICS, CIOB, or NEC accreditation are desirable.
