My client, a well-established architectural practice, is seeking an experienced Architect or Architectural Technician to join their team. Working predominantly on residential projects, this is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to take full ownership of projects from initial client brief through to on-site delivery. You’ll work across all RIBA stages including design development, planning applications, building regulations, and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects independently from concept to completion
  • Develop design and technical packages using AutoCAD
  • Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Prepare planning and building regulations submissions

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong AutoCAD skills essential
  • Proficiency in SketchUp and Photoshop advantageous
