We’re representing a brand that has carved out a niche within luxury skincare. With a loyal following, and a product range grounded in efficacy and elegance, they’re now seeking a Head of Marketing who can bring both imaginative flair and commercial acumen to the table.
In this newly defined Head of Marketing position, you’ll oversee the full global marketing remit, shaping vision and execution from the ground up. You’ll operate closely with the leadership team, agencies and lead a talented in-house function. They are now looking for a strategic, creative, and a strong leader to guide them through the next stage of evolution.
Role Highlights:
- Define and deliver a cohesive UK marketing strategy informed by insight, consumer trends, and brand ambition.
- Lead across all campaign activity, both brand-building and commercially driven, ensuring a consistent and compelling identity across all touchpoints.
- Manage product marketing from concept to launch, aligning every new release with the brand's voice and audience expectations.
- Partner with digital and e-commerce to oversee performance and content, including SEO, social media, and paid channels.
- Take ownership of retail marketing and brand activations, from in-store initiatives to partnerships and high-end consumer events.

- Track effectiveness across all channels, oversee budget planning, and ensure activity is measurable, efficient, and results-led.
Your Background:
- You may have started in a global beauty house before pivoting into a more entrepreneurial, fast-moving brand environment.
- A confident strategist who also enjoys hands-on delivery and working.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand development, and product lifecycles.
- Experience working alongside formulators or NPD teams would be highly beneficial.
- A strong leader who can take initiative and solve difficult problems.
- Degree-level education is essential; postgraduate study or an MBA would be an asset.
- 8+ years of marketing experience, including at least 3 in a senior role within skincare, beauty, or high-end consumer brands.
