Salary: £40,000 per annum plus £10k commission
Location: Nottingham/St Albans
Setting: Office based with two days a week working from home

Due to growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Team Leader. We are looking for a candidate that has strong mentoring/developing experience and is driven on driving sales activity to get the best out of their team.
Job Specification:
- Managing a team of Inside Sales Representatives, monitoring performance against KPIs set and conducting regular 1-2-1s.
- Be responsible for customer engagement and be the forefront of the team with any queries that may arise.
- Assessing the team’s skill set and using their skills to provide mentoring support and ensure appropriate training is scheduled for individual team members.
- Be responsible for the team’s daily activity relating to sales and providing all CRM updates, opportunity management, vendor training and engagement.
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a target-driven sales environment.
- Experience in getting the best out of a team.
- Understanding of internal sales team functions and how to manage and coach your team to boost sales activity.
- Experience of managing a team's KPIs and identifying when more training is needed.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and comfortable using a broad range of communication styles.
- Some knowledge of IT hardware and services would be an advantage, but we are looking for someone with direct sales experience in any sector whether that IT, mobile phones, broadband or within a B2B environment.
