We are partnered with a global brand that is searching for a Windows System Administrator. They specialize in building bespoke IT solutions for clients across multiple industries. Since its establishment, they have rapidly grown to become a household name within the industry and are looking forward to solidifying their position with its partners. The search for a System Administrator is due to the growth of a team operating on a project with a key partner. This team is made up of DevOps, Automation, and Software Engineers, and to further develop the team, they are looking for a specialist Windows System Administrator to supplement and complement the project.
You come with experience in Windows Server environments and Windows-based infrastructure, working on projects and having collaborated with Cloud and Software Engineers.
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee, optimise, and maintain Windows Server environments
- Identify issues early and provide efficient solutions
- Ensure system updates, patches, and backups are performed
- Closely collaborate with development teams to ensure best practices are followed
- Ensure compliance with security policies
- Support project requirements and deliverables with your colleagues
Your Skills:
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
- Strong experience as a Windows System Administrator
- Expertise in Windows operating systems and Active Directory
- Accomplished team player, providing solutions swiftly across projects
- Experience in working on projects within Financial Services is an advantage
