About Us: We’re S4labour, the go-to software for hospitality and convenience store brands looking to level up their labour management game. We help businesses run smoother, smarter, and more profitably with our cutting-edge platform.

We’re on the lookout for a Junior Business Development Manager / Sales Manager who’s ready to take charge of the full sales cycle – from generating pipeline to sealing the deal. If you love the thrill of winning new business, thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, and want to make a real impact in hospitality, this role is for you. You’ll be responsible for managing deals end-to-end, responding to inbound leads, proactively driving outbound sales, and working closely with marketing and the wider team to grow our customer base.

This is a pure business development role for true hunters – your focus is on securing new business. Once you close a deal, our implementation and customer success teams take over, allowing you to move on to the next big opportunity.

This role is hybrid, so you’ll have the flexibility to work both from home and our Banbury office and, of course, in the field. However, during your induction phase you’ll need to be in the office more often to soak up all the knowledge and get fully onboarded.

  • New Business Development & Sales Execution
  • Own and manage the full 360° sales process – from prospecting to closing.
  • Work a defined territory to create outbound sales opportunities.
  • Conduct discovery calls, demos, and proposal meetings – both remotely and face-to-face.
  • Strategic Engagement & Territory Management
  • Research, identify, and target high-potential customers through outbound sales activity.
  • Manage and optimise sales activities within a designated territory to maximise revenue.
  • Attend industry, networking and customer events to generate business.
  • Work closely with Marketing to ensure alignment between sales efforts and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM (Salesforce), keeping track of all sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions.

You could be an SDR eager to step up into your first AE/Sales Manager role, with 1-3 years of SaaS sales experience, or you might come from a field sales background outside of software.

  • Proven ability to generate, manage, and close sales opportunities.
  • Ability to manage multiple sales cycles and prioritise effectively.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement tools.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and trade shows.

Hybrid working – a mix of remote and office-based flexibility.

  • Car allowance
  • Opportunities to progress your sales career within a growing company.
