WHAT YOU WILL DO

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Web3 Expertise: Proven experience with blockchain technologies, cryptocurrencies, and Web3 development, including proficiency in client-side signing and crypto transaction handling (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum).
- Technical Skills: Strong command of React, Web3 libraries (e.g., web3.js, ethers.js) and wallet integrations, paired with a track record of delivering secure, functional front-end solutions.
- Ownership & Independence: Ability to take full responsibility for your work—scoping, implementing, testing, and releasing high-quality features independently, without leaning on product managers, QA, or other developers.
- Problem-Solving: Comfort with ambiguity, capable of refining vague tasks into actionable plans by collaborating with stakeholders, asking smart questions, and managing expectations effectively.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to pivot between Web2 and Web3 challenges and shifting business priorities, paired with a hunger for continuous learning and self-improvement.
