As Area Property Operations Manager you will be responsible for the management of the facility, including security, maintenance, and other services. You will work directly with clients and suppliers, including on regular site visits, to ensure efficient and effective delivery of hard and soft FM services for their portfolio. This is a key contract management role requiring specialist knowledge, with responsibility for overseeing the delivery of the contract and works projects, for defining projects and for technical and statutory assurance. You will be experienced in Facilities Management, covering both Hard and Soft FM, with a strong knowledge of building standards, compliance, and supplier management. Holding qualifications such as IWFM, IOSH, or NEBOSH would be beneficial. This role is based in the South West. You can work in any of the following business estates: Exeter, Torquay, Taunton, Barnstaple, Plymouth, Worle, Bridgwater, Bath or Yeovil. Key accountabilities: Act as the client’s first point of contact. Report MI data on contract performance. Engage through site visits, regular communication and running or attending client engagement meetings as appropriate Understand the wider strategic needs and priorities and how they are incorporated into plans and activities Manage supplier issues and complaints to resolution Key requirements: Experienced with Facilities Management (Hard and Soft FM) Knowledge of Building Standards & Compliance Experience with Supplier Management Tech Savvy (Office Suite, CAFM systems etc.) IWFM, IOSH, NEBOSH Would be beneficial CTC highly desirable; candidates with active CTC clearance will be fast-tracked.
