Project Level Quantity Surveyor required for an ever-growing and evolving Mechanical & Electrical Contractor based in London.
About You:
- Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience in a Quantity Surveyor role
- Proven experience managing mechanical and electrical packages on large construction projects (Non Biased as long as you’re willing to learn)
- Strong knowledge of relevant forms of contract (JCT/NEC)
- Confident communicator with excellent commercial skills
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar (or equivalent experience)
- Proficient in commercial systems (e.g. Excel, CostX, Bluebeam)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project budgets, valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Prepare tender packages and assist in subcontractor procurement
- Monitor costs and value reporting through the project lifecycle
- Work collaboratively with operations teams to ensure cost-effective delivery
- Administer contracts (typically JCT/NEC or bespoke)
