Project Level Quantity Surveyor required for an ever-growing and evolving Mechanical & Electrical Contractor based in London.

About You:

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience in a Quantity Surveyor role
  • Proven experience managing mechanical and electrical packages on large construction projects (Non Biased as long as you’re willing to learn)
  • Strong knowledge of relevant forms of contract (JCT/NEC)
  • Confident communicator with excellent commercial skills
  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar (or equivalent experience)
  • Proficient in commercial systems (e.g. Excel, CostX, Bluebeam)

Salary range £60k - £80k depending on experience and skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project budgets, valuations, variations, and final accounts
  • Prepare tender packages and assist in subcontractor procurement
  • Monitor costs and value reporting through the project lifecycle
  • Work collaboratively with operations teams to ensure cost-effective delivery
  • Administer contracts (typically JCT/NEC or bespoke)
  • Provide accurate forecasting and cashflow projections
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options
