An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Property Sales Executive to join a well-established, independent Estate Agency based in Chester. We're looking for someone who is personable, professional, and passionate about guiding clients through one of the most important journeys of their lives - buying and selling property!
Duties will include:
- Matching properties to prospective buyers using industry specific customer relations manager.
- Calling prospective buyers to discuss new listings.
- Dealing with incoming enquiries (online, telephone and through social media) and booking in viewings.
- Conducting some viewings.
- Gathering feedback from viewings and discussing with vendors.
- Dealing with offers and negotiating sales.
- Writing properties particulars for listings.
- Working closely with solicitors, mortgage brokers and surveyors to progress sales from offer to completion.
This role is working mostly Monday to Friday with a Saturday on a rota basis. Whether you are an experienced sales executive or looking to begin a career in the property industry, we would love to hear from you.
