This is a full-time on-site role for a Qualified Conveyancing Solicitor. The Qualified Conveyancing Solicitor will be responsible for handling both residential and commercial conveyancing transactions, providing legal advice on property matters, and drafting conveyancing documents.
Conveyancing Lawyers applying for this position must be well versed handling a caseload consisting of:
- Registered and unregistered titles;
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases;
- Business purchases and sales;
- Retail acquisitions and disposals;
- Re-mortgage and transfer of equity matters;
- New builds;
- Auction purchases and sales;
- Right to buy matters;
- Representing investor clients particularly in relation to buy to let matters.
The successful candidate will be taking on an established and good quality caseload that will incorporate all aspects of commercial and residential conveyancing, so knowledge and experience is paramount to this role. Candidates must show an ability to work both independently and as a part of a team and be able to manage their own caseload with minimum assistance and meet any targets set.
