On behalf of our client - a leading Circular Supply Chain SaaS innovator, we are seeking a Senior Business Development Representative.
About the Role:
As a Senior Business Development Representative, you’ll be the front-line driver of the company's commercial engine, helping build a robust outbound pipeline that connects the company’s pioneering sustainability platform with global enterprise clients. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your outreach efforts will directly shape the future of circularity in global supply chains.
You’ll be joining a dynamic Go-To-Market team during an exciting phase of growth, working closely with sales leadership to identify, engage, and qualify leads across the consumer goods ecosystem — from iconic brands to new sustainability disruptors.
What You’ll Do:
- Research and map out key target accounts, identifying the right decision-makers and building intelligent outreach strategies.
- Lead outbound prospecting efforts via cold calls, email sequences, and social selling (LinkedIn, etc.).
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and pass them on to senior sales leadership for discovery and closing.
- Develop and execute personalized outreach campaigns aligned with ABM strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and GTM colleagues to ensure consistent messaging and data-backed experimentation.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates (Hubspot) and contribute to sales reporting efforts.
- Promote and follow up on attendance for events like webinars, conferences, and industry expos.
- Keep a pulse on sustainability, circularity, and B2B SaaS trends to ensure conversations are timely and relevant.
Your role will be reporting directly to the Head of Operations and working closely with the Founders.
Who You Are:
- You have 2+ years of experience in a B2B sales or business development role, ideally within SaaS or tech-enabled services.
- You’ve worked in fast-paced, high-growth environments and thrive on building things from the ground up.
- You’re confident in cold outreach and familiar with tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, etc.
- You have strong research skills and can map enterprise org structures to identify buying groups.
- You’re passionate about sustainability and eager to be part of a mission-driven business.
- You communicate clearly, think creatively, and are driven by metrics and results.
- You’re a collaborative team player with grit and resilience.
