The Opportunity
- As Head of Retail, you’ll be the first boots on the ground, reporting directly to the international leadership team.
- You’ll drive everything from store launches and team building, to operational strategy and brand localisation.
Your impact:
- Lead the end-to-end launch of our Dublin flagship store
- Recruit, build, and inspire a high-performing retail team
- Localise our brand to connect with the Irish market
- Manage full P&L responsibility across the country
- Develop and execute growth strategies, including further store rollouts
- Be our brand ambassador and voice on the ground
Who We’re Looking For
We’re open to ambitious Heads of Retail, seasoned Regional Managers, and bold leaders local to the market or ready to relocate for a rare opportunity to launch and lead a national market. There will be opportunity for progression with the salary and package as stores open and the market grows.
