Pro4orm People are recruiting for a Clinical Educator to join a growing Pharmaceutical company with an amazing family feel culture. This is a great role for nurse looking to move into the Pharma industry. The role covers South Yorkshire, East Yorkshire & some of East Midlands Responsibilities include: Ensure that company strategy is being supported appropriately via educational activities. Work with regional team and agree upon appropriate HCPs/trusts/departments to offer educational and product support to. Develop and maintain strong links with KOLs and customers to facilitate training sessions and clinic educational support. Develop and strengthen regional links with relevant customer organisations such as regional nurse networks. Compliantly collate and feedback on nursing activities in CRM system and highlight to regional team any challenges or opportunities presented to delivery of the regional plans. Adhere to financial budgets and control procedures. Acquire and maintain excellent on-licence product knowledge and disease area expertise Assist in the planning and organisation of appropriate promotional educational meetings. Correctly identify situations where it would be more appropriate for the non-promotional team (Medical Team) to work with the customer and facilitate a compliant handover. Develop nurse-led initiatives to enhance customer experience and effective pull through within accounts. Provide training and education in specialist nursing field to appropriate personnel both within and external to the business.
