We are recruiting for a person centred, passionate and motivated Project Manager to lead our recovery focussed mental health supported accommodation service in Wigan. The Project Manager role will be responsible for leading the delivery of support to adults with mental health needs, supporting them with their individual recovery and enabling them to achieve a greater level of independence.

You will work closely with other professionals and will have the ability to supervise and mentor a staff team. This will entail helping to deliver consistent, person centred services which meet the needs and preferences of individuals. Previous experience, knowledge and a good understanding of working with people with mental health needs and substance misuse will be required.

You must be skilled in assessment and support planning, and the assessment and management of risk. You will manage and deploy staff effectively to meet the needs of service users, you will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written and also be IT literate. You must have a hands on approach and be able to role model and mentor staff.
