I am delighted to be supporting a pharmaceutical client of mine (focusing within the respiratory space) that are looking to onboard a Responsible Person on a FTC (12 Months). This is a fully remote position, and can be located anywhere within England.

You will be responsible for:
- Act as the designated RP on the WDA licence in compliance with EU GDP guidelines.
- Oversee all operations related to the procurement, storage, and distribution of medicinal products to ensure compliance with MHRA expectations.
- Handle deviations, recalls, complaints, CAPAs, and ensure continuous improvement of GDP practices.
- Participate in regulatory inspections and audits, and manage responses and follow-ups as required.
You will bring the following:
- Must be eligible to act as a Responsible Person as defined in MHRA guidance and EU GDP guidelines (at least 1 yr as an RP).
- Proven experience working under a WDA licence in a pharmaceutical wholesale or distribution environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and relevant UK/EU pharmaceutical regulations.
- Strong understanding of quality systems, documentation control, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and train others.
