Must Haves: · Telesales: Proven experience working in a company with a large telesales team. · High-Volume Sales: Demonstrated experience managing high-volume sales environments, with a company making hundreds of sales daily. · Marketing Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of in-house digital marketing strategies, including pay-per-click (PPC) and SEO traffic generation. · Software Experience: Ability to develop and integrate software solutions to suit operational needs. · B2C Experience: Significant experience in business-to-consumer (B2C) operations, understanding the intricacies and demands of consumer markets. · Company size: Must have experience working in companies of 50 – 250 employees. Nice to Haves: · Automotive Experience: Experience in the automotive industry, with a solid understanding of its unique operational and market challenges. · International Operations: Experience managing operations across multiple countries, with an understanding of global logistics, international regulations, and cultural differences. The COO will play a crucial role in driving the company’s success, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. Ideal Candidate Profile: · Experience: Minimum of 10 years in an operational leadership role, with at least 5 years in a senior management position. · Location: This is not a remote role, so applicants must live within a 30-mile radius of Chichester.
