Are you a dynamic finance leader ready to make a strategic impact in a high-performing, people-first environment? A leading international financial services firm is looking for a Group Financial Controller to join its growing finance leadership team. This is a pivotal role with global scope and direct influence over financial processes, reporting, compliance, and team development across multiple jurisdictions.

As the firm undergoes an exciting transformation, you’ll play a key role in enhancing the maturity and efficiency of core finance functions – from financial reporting and cash flow management to billing, payroll, and regulatory compliance.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead and develop a global financial control team of 20+ employees across management accounting, accounts payable/receivable, and cashiering.
  • Deliver timely, accurate internal and external reporting, including statutory financial statements.
  • Oversee regulatory and audit compliance, including the annual audit process.
  • Drive the development of cash flow forecasting, scenario modelling, and reconciliation processes.
  • Collaborate with leadership to embed best practice across billing, collections, and broader finance operations.
  • Contribute to ongoing finance transformation initiatives across the business.
