Compass Associates are proud to partner with a leading national pharmacy group currently expanding its team. We’re seeking a committed and professional Pharmacist to join a high-performing store in Stoke-on-Trent, supporting delivery of first-class community pharmacy services.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Dispensing a high volume of items (15,000+ per month) accurately and safely
  • Collaborating with pharmacy colleagues to ensure effective and timely communication
  • Delivering essential NHS Pharmacy Services, including Flu Vaccinations and Pharmacy First
  • Supporting the team in meeting agreed KPIs and performance standards
  • Assisting in audits and following up on action plans
  • Adhering to company SOPs and maintaining professional standards

About You:

  • Qualified Pharmacist with GPhC registration
  • Previous community pharmacy experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Committed to delivering outstanding patient care
  • Reliable, professional, and motivated
