Our client, a production company that produces state-of-the-art legal training videos for major firms, seeks an M&A attorney to edit scripts and conduct training for their videos.

Must have at least 7+ years of M&A experience. This is a temporary role expected to last 3-6 months. 5-10 hours per week.
