We are currently recruiting for the position of Home Manager at their luxury care home in Liverpool, offering nursing, residential, and dementia care. This purpose-built care home is known for its exceptional team of carers and boasts a strong reputation with the local authority. With high occupancy rates and only a few vacant beds, the home remains a preferred choice for residents. A strong manager in place will ensure the home will continue to thrive and maintain its status as an excellent community service. Home Manager Benefits: * £70,000 per annum * Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM * Free DBS check (England) * Generous holiday allowance Home Manager Responsibilities: * Ensure compliance with CQC standards and other regulatory requirements * Maintain the highest standards of care for all residents * Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home * Lead recruitment and retention efforts * Uphold the company's ethos and values Home Manager Requirements: * Registered Nurse with a valid PIN * Strong knowledge of CQC standards and the NMC Code of Practice * Proven experience in person-centred care planning * Experienced leader and mentor * Experience in dementia care * Passionate about delivering excellent care For more information or to appl…
