Are you a Civil Engineer with drainage experience looking for the opportunity to progress your career, becoming a key decision maker in a role that offers autonomy, responsibility and recognition for your technical prowess?

On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established Engineering consultancy who have been in business for nearly 35 years, their goal is to expand the team year on year and their client base consistently. They currently work with multiple clients including industrial, commercial and residential properties looking after their Structural, Civil, SuDS/SAB and Highway solutions.

As an experienced Civil Engineer, you'll take the reigns on project delivery, focusing on infrastructure design and land development solutions. You'll play a key part in your team's output, ensuring technical accuracy, safety, and compliance with industry standards. Working closely with planners, Civil CAD Technicians, contractors, and local authorities, you'll develop efficient, sustainable designs for roads, drainage, utilities, and siteworks. Confident in client communication and coordination, you'll play a key role in bringing projects from concept to construction. You'll be part of the team Monday to Friday.

This role would suit a Civil Engineer or Senior Civil Engineer looking to progress into an associate position, with the chance to become a key decision maker as well as a technical expert.

The Role:
  • Carry out engineering design and calculations for civil infrastructure projects.
  • Prepare detailed civil engineering drawings, reports, and specifications.
  • Lead internal project teams and provide mentorship to Graduate Engineers and CAD Technicians.
  • Collaborate with clients, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
  • Monitor project timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Attend design/site team meetings.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections.
  • Stay informed on the latest civil engineering standards, regulations, and practices.

Monday to Friday (9 AM - 5 PM) - Ready to start ASAP.
