Job Title: Upholsterer (3-Month Contract)

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Contract Length: 3 months

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Upholsterer to join our team on a short-term contract. You will work on a range of projects such as reupholstering seats, chairs, sofas, and office furniture. The role requires attention to detail, good time management, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reupholster various furniture items including chairs, sofas, and office seating
• Cut fabrics and patterns to size for specific projects
• Repair and refurbish worn or damaged upholstery
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Work closely with team members to meet deadlines and client needs
• Follow safety procedures and industry best practices

Requirements:

• Experience in upholstery or a similar role
• Skilled in measuring, cutting, and applying fabrics
• Knowledge of different upholstery materials
• Able to handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving furniture
• Good attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Reliable and able to work without close supervision
